About

After a decade of running a small café and another designing buildings and communities, I stepped fully into life as an artist in 2025. My background in architecture from Auburn University continues to shape how I see the world: through structure, space, texture and rhythm. Over the years, even while working in other fields, I always found time to print,  make pots, or draw at the edges of my day.

Now, art is both my full-time work and my grounding ritual. My practice is rooted in close observation and quiet appreciation—of the wildlife in the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, the plants growing in my garden, the rituals of my kitchen and home. These everyday subjects offer both beauty and stillness. They are my way of meditating on the world, of finding peace through making.

Whether I’m printmaking, working in ceramics, or drawing, my work is a celebration of the small, the local, and the deeply personal. It is an invitation to slow down and notice.
